Half Price Pharmacy Review: This site, although loaded with imagery, is fairly straightforward and has many features for customers to check out. The large font customer service number is listed at the top of the page. Above that in the top right you will find links to: My Account, Order Status, Wish Lists, Gift Certificates, View Cart, and Sign In; all relevant and handy features for a retail site. A search bar is available (also in the top right) to quickly find your prescription. The drugs, listed by category, can be found on the left along with any new products. On the right you will find the Top Sellers and other popular products. In center, underneath many statements about benefits, you will find more products, showcased with box art and prices. So it is safe to say that this site excessively promotes the products, and while that may make sense from a business perspective, it unfortunately gives the site somewhat of a messy presentation.

Products & Pricing: The product selection is fairly straightforward. A nice feature is the choice between brand or generic versions of the top erectile dysfunction products (Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra). Also, there is an FAQ and Live Support feature, however clicking on the link takes you to a completely separate support site, and the questions are haphazardly setup and answered rather abruptly. The Live Support feature was offline at the time of this review.

Overall Impression: This site has many different discount options on already low price products which is a huge draw for customers. Half Price Pharmacy would benefit from a fresh, clean look, and the payment methods need to be expanded, but all in all this site has a stable history of providing good service and support.

Update 4 November 2010: as of now Half Price Pharmacy does not accept mastercard, but they do offer some bonus for those who pay with visa. In our opinion Visa is much more liberal to all those online pharmacies, so, next time you go to the bank, order yourself Visa card… In general we would recommend Half Price Pharmacy.
